Orders placed in the Aluchef online store will incur delivery fees which are calculated on the cart page according to the products, the total amount of the order and the delivery service chosen. Delivery time estimates are provided on our Website. Every effort will be made to meet these delivery timescales, but this cannot be guaranteed in some locations.

 

If our supply of the products is delayed for any reason, then we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event of a delay of more than 30 days from your order, you may end the contract. In this case, we undertake to refund you within 14 days. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

 

Ownership of the product will pass to you once (i) we have received payment in full and (ii) you or a designated third person have taken physical possession of the product. We may recover any products ordered by you at any time prior to ownership passing in the case of breach of these terms and conditions, fraud or negligence. Risk in the product will pass to you upon delivery (or when a carrier organised by you collects it from us).
