Our latest innovation, the Aluchef GN1 Silicone Lid, will be a game changer for every hospitality business. Eliminating plastic film and reducing labour, the Silicone Lid is manufactured with the perfect silicone texture and compound weight to create a vacuum seal when place over a GN1 pan. Aluchef Silicone Lid has a heat tolerance of -40°C to +240°C, so it can be used in freezers, refrigerators, warming cabinets and ovens.
